4 thick pork chops-browned
1 large can kraut
6 strips bacon
1 onion-sliced
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
Beer

Arrange bacon in bottom of roaster
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. caraway seed.  Salt and pepper
Cover with onion slices
Layer pork chops
Kraut over the chops
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. caraway seed over top
Beer to cover

Bake at 375 for 1 & 1/2 hours covered
Remove lid the final 10 minutes to brown
