 Chicken Breasts with Portabella Mushrooms

Spray a glass baking dish lightly with cooking spray.

Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the dish.
Spread the contents of a 4 oz can of mushroom steak sauce (you will find it near the canned mushrooms) over the chicken breasts. Cut 3 or 4 Portabella mushroom caps into 1/2 inch cubes. Place over the chicken breasts in the dish.
Sprinkle garlic powder or garlic salt to taste.

Bake in 375 oven for approximately 25 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear)

Remove from oven and move mushroom pieces aside slightly. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of Provolone cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese nicely. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side dishes.

This recipe is quick, yummy and low in fat.

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body,  but rather to skid in sideways - glass of wine in one hand - chocolate in the other -body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!"
