I don't rightly know where this recipe belongs so will just put it here........LOL!!

I found this recipe on my timeline on FB.  One of my friends posted it, which happens a lot.  (I have a file called "Recipes 2 Try"........mostly from FB.....haven't tried most of them, but they're there if I want to).

These I did make this week and we really enjoyed them!!!.........and so very simple.

1 lb. of your favorite sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 c. cheese (recipe called for cheddar but all I had was Co-Jack)
I also added a little salt....about 1/4 tsp.

Mix the ingredients together and spoon into muffin pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. (Makes 12 regular size muffins)
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!!

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body,  but rather to skid in sideways - glass of wine in one hand - chocolate in the other -body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!"
