1 round steak
2 or 3 large green peppers
1 large onion

Cut meat into bite sized pieces.
Brown meat in a large skillet
Add :    1 tsp onion powder
            2 or 3 cloves crushed garlic
            1 tsp parsley
            Salt and pepper
        (adjust these spices to your taste)
Pour in  a 1 lb. can of tomatoes, juice and all  (cut the tomatoes into small pieces)

Simmer for 25+ minutes (until meat is fork tender)

Add the cut up green pepper and onion

Simmer for approx. 15 mniutes (until onions and peppers are cooked, but not mushy)

Serve over cooked rice
